First of all, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to judge the anniversary show. There were 41 Lagottos entered.

My choice for Best of Bred and BIS, and BEST construction/movement was the dog Gallotens Nota Bene, a beautiful adult dog. A dog that for me meets all the attributes to stand in the champion class, a dog of excellent size, leg length, elegance and temperament. A dog that has everything to be able to work in the forest. Best Opposite sex was a young bitch Villeokus Monki Biznis, only 9 months old female, who has a future ahead of her.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the baby and puppy males and females, and the young females. This is a good future for the breed in your country.

Overall, the dogs entered for this show had excellent proportions, excellent typical heads for the breed, good coat quality. Excellent temperament, which is very important for breeding and work. The only thing I would focus on is improving the length of the legs, some dogs had shorter legs which "doesn't look good" for a Lagotto.
